Rockitgo Radar (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a product of Rockitgo LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at rockitgoradar.com and app.rockitgoradar.com (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Introduction
Rockitgo Radar is a B2B lead intelligence platform that helps marketing agencies and local service businesses identify growth opportunities by scanning publicly available business data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency and care.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account we collect your full name, email address, and password (hashed and salted — never stored in plaintext). If you sign up via Google OAuth we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
2.2 Organization Information
We collect your organization name, the services your agency offers, agency contact information (phone, email, website), brand colors, and any logo you upload for use in reports.
2.3 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. We retain your billing plan, subscription status, transaction IDs, and billing history for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
2.4 Business Scan Data
When you use the Service to scan local businesses we collect and store:
- Business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and Google Maps URLs
- Google ratings and review counts
- Technology signals detected on business websites (chat widgets, CRM tools, ad pixels, booking systems, SEO data, and similar)
- Owner contact information you choose to enrich via our Owner Intel feature (sourced from third-party data providers)
- Opportunity scores and notes you add to leads
- Report generation history
This data is associated with your account and stored on our servers.
2.5 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you use the Service including pages visited, features used, scan activity, search queries, filters applied, browser type, device type, IP address, and timestamps.
2.6 Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Service. These tools collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on page, and general interaction patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared with these services.
2.7 Support and Communications
If you contact us for support, we retain records of those communications including support ticket content and live chat conversations (via Tawk.to).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send transactional emails (receipts, scan alerts, welcome emails, quota warnings, support replies)
- Send re-engagement emails after trial expiration (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
- Cancelled accounts: We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
- Deleted accounts: When you delete your account we permanently delete all associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Audit logs: Retained for 12 months for security and compliance purposes.
- Shared report links: Reports shared via link expire after 30 days and are permanently deleted from storage.
- Soft-deleted leads: Permanently deleted after 3 days.
- Backup files: Retained for 30 days then automatically purged.
6. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. Here is how we protect it:
- Your data is encrypted in transit so it cannot be intercepted
- Access is restricted to your organization only
- Payment information is handled securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Passwords are never stored in readable form
- Your data is backed up regularly
While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
7. Your Rights
7.1 All Users
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Export — Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out — Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
7.2 California Residents (CCPA)

7.3 European Union and UK Residents (GDPR)

- Legitimate interests — Processing for fraud prevention, security, and service improvement
- Legal obligation — Processing required by applicable law
- Consent — Where you have provided explicit consent
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International Data Transfers: Your data is stored and processed in the United States. If you are located in the EU or UK your data is transferred to the US under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

10. Business Data and Third-Party Information
The business scan data collected by the Service (business names, addresses, phone numbers, technology signals) is sourced from publicly available information including Google Maps, public websites, and third-party data providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of this data. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of this data complies with all applicable laws including anti-spam laws, GDPR, CCPA, and any other applicable privacy regulations in their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
