Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rockitgo LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a Florida limited liability company, governing your use of the Rockitgo Radar platform at rockitgoradar.com and app.rockitgoradar.com (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms do not use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern all use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service in any manner you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

The Service is intended for business use only. By using the Service you represent that you are using it for commercial, business, or professional purposes.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow others to access your account except through the authorized team member invitation feature.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by team members you have invited.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@rockitgoradar.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not create more than one account per person without our written permission. Accounts created to circumvent plan limits or bans are prohibited.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Starter — $197/month or $1,891/year
  • Pro — $297/month or $2,851/year
  • Elite — $497/month or $4,771/year

Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice.

4.2 Trial

Every plan starts with a free trial that includes:

  • 5 Smart Scan credits
  • 150 total lead cap
  • 2 Revenue Leak Reports
  • Quick Scans are always free and never cost credits

Your trial ends when you hit your Smart scan or lead limit, or after 14 days, whichever comes first. A valid payment method is required at signup. Your payment method will not be charged until your trial ends. After your trial ends your chosen subscription plan activates automatically and your payment method is charged. You will receive warning notifications before your card is charged.

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance in US dollars
  • Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from your subscription start date
  • Annual subscriptions are billed once per year from your subscription start date
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy (Section 5)

4.4 Scan Quota

  • Quick scans are always included and do not count against any quota
  • Smart scan credits reset every 30 days from your subscription start date
  • Unused Smart scan credits do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Smart scan credits by plan: Starter 50/month, Pro 100/month, Elite 250/month

4.5 Owner Intel Credits

  • Owner Intel credits are used to enrich leads with owner contact information
  • Credits do not expire and do not reset monthly
  • Credits are non-refundable once used
  • If an enrichment attempt fails credits are automatically refunded to your account
  • Additional credits may be purchased at any time: 50 credits for $49, 100 credits for $79, or 250 credits for $149

4.6 Plan Changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with a full quota reset from the upgrade date
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

4.7 Payment Failure

If your payment fails we will notify you by email. Your account will enter a grace period during which scanning is suspended. If payment is not resolved within 7 days we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. You remain responsible for all outstanding amounts.

4.8 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices shown do not include taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions — if you cancel within 7 days of your initial annual purchase you are entitled to a prorated refund for unused months. After 7 days annual subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Owner Intel credits are non-refundable once purchased except where a credit was deducted for a failed enrichment attempt, in which case it is automatically refunded.
  • Trial — No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before your trial ends (5 Smart scans used, 150 lead cap reached, or 14 days passed) no charge will be made.
  • We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings page. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew
  • You retain full access to the Service through the end of your current billing period
  • Your data is retained for 90 days after your billing period ends, then permanently deleted
  • You may export your data at any time before deletion

We may cancel or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

7.1 Illegal activities

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Violate the privacy rights of any individual or business
  • Collect or process personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, or any other applicable privacy or anti-spam law

7.2 Harmful activities

  • Send unsolicited bulk emails or messages (spam) to businesses found using the Service
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual or business
  • Use scan data to stalk, surveil, or monitor individuals without their consent

7.3 Technical abuse

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal use
  • Circumvent any rate limits, quotas, or access controls
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code

7.4 Commercial abuse

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or scan data without our written permission
  • Share your account credentials with individuals outside your organization
  • Create competing products or services using data or insights derived from the Service
  • Use the Service to build or enrich a database for resale to third parties

7.5 Data misuse

  • Use business scan data for any purpose other than legitimate business prospecting and outreach
  • Store or process scan data in violation of applicable data protection laws
  • Share scan data with third parties except in the normal course of your business operations

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. Data and Scan Accuracy

  • Business data returned by the Service is sourced from publicly available information including Google Maps, public websites, and third-party data providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that scan results are complete, current, or accurate.
  • Technology signal detection is based on analysis of publicly accessible website code and data. Detection accuracy varies by website and technology. We do not guarantee that all signals will be detected or that detected signals reflect the current state of a business's technology stack.
  • Opportunity scores are algorithmic estimates based on detected signals and your agency's service configuration. They are not guarantees of business outcomes or sales success.
  • Revenue Leak Reports are generated based on detected signals and are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of report content before sharing with prospects. We are not liable for business decisions made based on report content.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of scan data and reports complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the businesses you are contacting.

9. Team Members and Multi-Seat Accounts

  • Certain plans include multiple seats for team members. You may invite team members up to your plan's seat limit.
  • The account owner is responsible for all activity by team members including compliance with these Terms.
  • You must remove team members promptly when they leave your organization.
  • Team members may be granted owner, admin, or member roles with different permission levels as described in the Service documentation.
  • Only the account owner may delete the account.

10. White Label Reports (Elite Plan)

  • Elite plan subscribers may generate Revenue Leak Reports bearing their own agency branding with no Rockitgo Radar attribution.
  • You retain full responsibility for the content, accuracy, and use of white label reports you generate and distribute.
  • You may not represent that white label reports were produced by Rockitgo Radar or imply any endorsement by Rockitgo LLC.
  • White label reports may not be used in any deceptive, misleading, or illegal manner.
  • Rockitgo LLC retains all intellectual property rights in the report generation technology, templates, and underlying systems.

11. GoHighLevel Integration

  • The Service includes an optional integration with GoHighLevel (GHL) that allows you to push lead data to your GHL account.
  • By connecting your GHL account you authorize us to send data to GHL on your behalf using the API credentials you provide.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of data pushed to GHL complies with GHL's terms of service and all applicable laws.
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken by GHL with your data or any issues arising from the GHL integration.
  • Your GHL connection credentials are stored securely and encrypted. You may revoke the integration at any time from your settings.

12. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including all software, designs, algorithms, signal detection logic, scoring systems, report templates, and content, is owned by Rockitgo LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
  • You retain full ownership of your account data, leads, scan results, and reports generated using the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service to you.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof without our prior written consent.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Scan results will be accurate, complete, or current
  • The Service will be available at any particular time
  • Any errors will be corrected

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • In no event shall Rockitgo LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rockitgo LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Your use of scan data or reports in a manner that violates any third party's rights
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
  • Your team members' use of the Service
  • Claims from businesses or individuals whose data appears in your scans or reports

16. Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
  • We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Service.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

19.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process you agree to first contact us at support@rockitgoradar.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

19.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida or remotely if agreed by both parties.

19.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

19.4 Jury Trial Waiver

You and Rockitgo LLC each waive any right to a jury trial in any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

19.5 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above either party may (a) seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration, or (b) bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

19.6 Time Limit

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose or be forever barred.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration agreement above any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

21. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your rights) may be made without notice.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Rockitgo LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
